EDUCATION
reboot your leadership
This ain't a classroom—it's a training arena for emotional intelligence and leadership. Joymaker manual in hand, you'll master 3 skill sets.1 Embody Good Energy
Leave people smiling and buzzing through your inner enthusiasm, vitality and high vibes.2 Master Social Interactions
Gain the skills to create positive connections with anyone, leaving them asking you “Can I be your friend?”3 Become a Charismatic Leader
Captivate and light up everyone in the room. Speak confidently without perfectionism or fear of rejection.

HABITS
reboot your joy routine
Here, you eat healthy, sleep well, and play hard. There's a lot of structure, but Joymakers say it's their favorite part. One even said to me "My biotracker says I reversed my age while I was here."Morning
We wake up gently with meditation followed by a joy workout: games & movement. We all wake up together.Daytime
We practice skills through interactive games, speaking exercises, and connection activities. Don't expect lectures.Evening
You have 4 hours of free time to relax, sauna, and power down. We end the day with a community check-in, followed by a code of silence.

#1
VITALITY & SLEEP
We embrace exercise, routines, and sleep hygiene as the path to joy through your physical body. Every night, there's 4 hours to relax and get ready for sleep.
#2
digital detoxing
We disconnect from technology to fully engage in the moment, nurturing our brains and re-learning how to be present. For those who choose, there's a 30 min phone break to simulate the real world.

#3
platonic connection
We embrace non-sexual human connection, holding off romantic advances until after the event to maintain a safe environment. Touch is optional. Consent is required.
#4
positive
psychology
We focus on the science of thriving instead of the science of illness. Rather than dwelling on past traumas or grievances, we live in the present. Joy Bootcamp is not a therapy-focused environment.

#5
community cocreation
We live together, learn together, and cook together. Group activities are required. Don't worry—there's plenty of time for rest, silence & solo time.

warning
Why you shouldn't attend
Intensity
This is not your typical retreat. You'll be socializing, playing games, and learning for 8 hours each day. You'll get your money's worth! Joy Bootcamp may have rest periods, but it's called bootcamp for a reason!Routines
This is a structured experience. You'll be waking up and exercising with the group, based on your own ability level. You'll be going to bed at the same time every night. This is not a relaxation retreat. It's a revitalization retreat.Communal Living
We are in close proximity. We cook together, learn together, and exercise together. There's lots of free time. But if you don't like living with other people, you may want to reconsider. Past participants say the community element was one of the best parts of their experience.Silent Periods
In the evening, there's a silent period. There's no talking to help you get ready for the best sleep of your life. This may sound challenging, but so far everyone that has attended has been able to do it!Participation
Participation is required, with exceptions. Everyone is expected to exercise, help with cleaning, and participate in the workshops. This is a retreat for people who want to show up and take part!
